- Ragi flour -2 cups
- Dessicated coconut -1 cup
- Curd -1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Water as per required
Take ragi flour and sprouted ragi flour in a bowl or pan,add desiccated coconut to it.
then add curd and salt,add water to the mixture and begin to mix well.the batter should be slightly thinner than the regular dosa paste. keep the batter covered for 30 minutes.
in a tawa pour the batter with a ladle and spread slowly,Sprinkle a little oil . turn and cook the other side.
serve the ragi dosa with sambar, or chutney.
