Rice flour -3/4 cup
Urad dal flour -1/4 cup
Soya flour -1/4 cup
salt to taste
Water as per required
Take rice flour, urad dal flour, soyaflour and salt with water as paetr as required to make a thin batter.Keep aside for 30 minutes.
When you are ready to make the dosa, sprinkle the fruit salt to the dough and mix gently.
Heat a nonstick pan and lightly grease with oil, pour a ladle full of batter on the tava spread using a circular motion to make a thin dosa and cook on one side and pour a little oil along the edges. flip the dosa twice more to get it evenly cooked and golden browned.
Serve Hot with Chutney
