Maida Dosa


  • Maida – 2 cup
  • Rice flour – ½ cup
  • Chilli flakes – 1 teaspoon
  • Asafotida Powder – a pinch
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Onion – 1 
  • Green Chillies – 3 to 4
  • Curry leaves – few 


Mix maida and rice flour with salt and add enough water to make a thin batter, add   chilli flakes, asafotida powder, chopped onion, curry leaves and chopped green chillies to the batter.

Heat Tawa. Wipe it with oil. Pour a big ladle of batter into the tawa and spread. Pour a teaspoon of oil in the corners of the dosa. Oneside After cooking, turn and cook the other side too. Remove it.

Serve hot with chutney
