Paneer Paratha


  • Wheat flour - 1 1/2 Cups
  • Oil - As Per Needed
  • Ghee for cooking- 4tbsp
  • Chopped coriander- 1 tbsp
  •  Cumin seeds(Roasted)- 1/2 tsp
  • Green chillies(Finely Chopped)- 2 to 4
  • Fenugreek leaves(Dry)- 1tsp
  • Paneer(Grated)- 1 Cup
  • Salt to taste


Mix all ingredients in a bowl and knead into a stiff paste with water if necessary. Cover dough with a wet muslin cloth and keep aside for 15 minutes.Divide in equal portions roller by means of a small pastry flour.

Spread some of the stuffing in the center of each circle and bring the edges of the stuffing (stuffing with edge overlap) to form a square.

Roll each part using a little flour to the roll.Cook Paratha on a Tawa with ½ tablespoon clarified butter until brown spots appear on both sides.

 serve hot with butter.
