Gram Flour Dosa


Ingredients :



  • Gram flour -1 cup
  • Sooji -1spoon 
  • Cauliflower - 1-2 florets
  • Onion - 1 medium size 
  • Oil
  • Salt to Taste
  •  Water as per required

Method :


Mix flour / Besan, cauliflower, onion in a bowl and add just enough water for all these contents to make the dough flowing smoothly but slowly from the spoon. Make sure there are no lumps of flour in unequal barter. Add a spoonful of sooji  to the dough, which adds to the crispyness of dosas. Let the dough rest for 3-4 minutes .




Switch on the flame and preheat the tawa for about a minute. Coat the pan with cooking oil and keep the heat low to medium heat .pour the laddle full of batter  on tawa spread into a circular motion to make a dosa .After cooking, on one side, turn halfway through to cook the other side. The dosa must be considered done when both sides turn golden and crispy yellow.


Serve hot with Chutney
