Method
In a pan roast rava with oil ,until the rava turns light brown.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, when he stammers, add urad dal and curry leaves.
When dal turns golden brown, add chopped onions, green chillies, ginger and cook for a few minutes
Pour water and bring to boil. When the water begins to boil, add the rava in a stream, stirring constantly to avoid lumps of forming.Once rava absorbed all the water, cover and cook over low heat for 6-7 minutes.
